• To carry out sales activities to increase sales revenue of basic products (focusing on Life Insurance & Investment)

  • Perform sales and marketing for Etiqa, Wealth Management, WM Managed (3rd party) and specific product from Group Retail Financial Services.

  • Serve potential Affluent and Potential High Net Worth (HNW) segment with the investable asset of RM 250K and below.

  • Manage all matters related to Affluent and Potential High Net Worth segments/portfolio assigned to ensure high level of customer service.

  • Refer customer in engagement to CSE for fulfillment in the event customer require a loan (mortgage).

  • Participate in sales launches and data mining for potential customer and source for new business.


  • Fresh Graduates with a strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply.

  • A good understanding of the banking, investment, and insurance products, mortgage, secured and unsecured lending products.

  • Knowledge in Financial Planning/Wealth Management or Retail Banking/Branch Operation.

  • Enthusiastic to build a good career in sales.

  • Excellence oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Banking licensing would be an added advantage i.e: PCE/TBE/CEILLI/IPPC/FIMM
