Responsibilities

The main goal of an Application Support Engineer is to provide great customer service to our business clients.

  • Collaboration & Communication is in our blood as we work closely with our teams of developers/engineers to deliver resolutions & root causes.

  • We monitor application issues, performances & administer web configurations within a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Routine helpdesk tasks are performed diligently & professionally as we strive to keep our SLAs met.

 Requirements

Bachelors, 3 pointer and above
