Responsibilities

  • Management Associates will undergo a comprehensive training program, under the direction of experienced senior management, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions.

  • Managenent Associates will be required to undergo on the job training to learn and perform functional duties in business areas such as: Information Technology, Project Management, Marketing, Operations and Risk Management, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Compliance and Fraud Assessment, Product Management, as well as Human Resource Management.

  • There will be performance goals set for the Management Associates and will be mentored by Senior Managers. The excellent performance Associates will be further mentored to assume a role that will best fit the Associates’s personal strengths and provide the best prospect for a managerial career advancement.
