As a Sales Consultant of Oriental Housetop (OHT), you will be the first contact point of our client. Be part of us with strategic vision for continued growth and a management team that cares.

You help in uncovering clients' need and then follow through with enlightening solutions and guiding towards decision making by doing a product presentation at clients' office.

You will drive sales by developing close, effective working relationships with specifiers and architects:-

  • Develop and implement new residential business;
  • Manage your project from sign-up to closing the final invoice; and
  • Develop professional relationships to build a business referral system.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM and above
  • Effective oral, written and presentation skills required
  • Language required: English, Mandarin dialect is a plus point
  • Proven track record in sales of roofing products in the building material industry will be an advantage
  • Passionate in sales and customer service
  • Hunter mentality with professional appearance and attitude
  • Always humbly present to client with patience
  • Must also possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Possess own transport
