Deposit Relationship Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Activities
- To drive SBG sales network to acquire and nurture a list of corporations to sign-up Payroll through switching of employee salary bank.
- Responsible for customer development, account opening and planning related marketing and sales activities to achieve CEPS revenue targets.
- Drive joint sales effort with various SBGs to sign-up companies for Payroll.
- Develop and increase earnings potential and revenue relationships with customer through maintaining the relationship and servicing of customers’ needs.
- Drive activities to market CEPS component products and services including joint sales activities with all SBG.
- Execute and manage sign-ups for CEPS and related products.
- Formulate, complete and execute account plans for customers to increase earning potential and revenue relationships.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance of code of ethics during sales process and activities.
- Adhere to audit, risk and compliance standards & policies set by the Bank.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Banking or any related field is required for this position.
- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work well with a team and external parties.
- Result-oriented with ability to collaborate with team members to meet business / branch targets.
