Responsibilities

  • Source for prospective clients (Personal, Priority and Business Banking) for mortgage loans through alliance tie-ups such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers & lawyers.
  • Understand client needs for mortgage financing, structure proposed solution and close the sale further to credit approval.
  • Understand and uncover client’s other financial needs and refer relevant retail and wealth products.
  • Working alongside Employee Banking and segment team to include Mortgage offers as part of corporates offers as part of cross-sales activities.
  • Act as intermediary between the bank and customer to collect relevant documents, to conduct property inspection or field visits and to provide status update to customer on mortgage loan application.
  • To visit and build close rapport relationship with lawyers, developers, real estate agencies, valuer and big corporations on a regular basis for major share of referral business.
  • To actively participate in developers launching, campaigns launching by marketing and road shows.
  • To identify and develop new sales locations.
  • To ensure all rules and regulations are complied.
