This role will be a forming part of the Human Resources Division.

Employer Branding team at TNG Digital is dedicated to engaging employees in the company to create a sense of community and ownership in the company’s goals. Communication and engagement are two objectives to be met by the department and we are seeking bright, talented individuals to apply for internship in this department. This role will be a forming part of the Human Resources Division.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist team to create employee engagement throughout the company through events, communications, policies and work-related facilities to help create a cohesive team with clear understanding and strong ownership of company’s goals.
  • Help contribute and create content for social media related to talent acquisition and/or employer branding ie. LinkedIn/Jobstreet and build a thriving community of employees on these platforms.
  • Involved in development of internal communications strategy including email blasts, town halls, meet-the-management, orientation events etc in support of company’s direction and core values.
  • Help manage the orientation of new joiners together with talent management team.
  • Work with interdepartmental teams with regards to company-wide recreational and talent management activities ie. Team building, outings, training sessions, workshops.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports and policies on employer branding and talent retention activities.
  • Assist in gathering effective feedback from the ground on employee sentiments, viewpoints and issues via surveys, dialogues and focus groups and to process and present data.
  • Contribute to creating an annual activity calendar for employer branding social media, communications and events.

OTHER TASKS

To complete any ad-hoc tasks related to employer branding as given by the HR Director or Head of HR.

Job Requirements

1.Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Human Resource or equivalent.

2. Skills/Knowledge

  • Basic office computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office esp. Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal, written communications skills
  • Good writing skills and basic photography skills. Knowledge of Photoshop or other photo editing tools is a plus.
  • Able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
  • Good time management and prioritization, experience delivering projects to tight deadlines.
  • Responsive and service oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good attitude towards learning new things.
