Internship - Campaign Management & Ops
As a Campaign Management & Ops intern, you will be assisting with campaign assets preparation in close collaboration with marketing including in-app comms visual and copies, campaign T&Cs and FAQs etc
Responsibilities
- Assist with campaign assets preparation in close collaboration with marketing including in-app comms visual and copies, campaign T&Cs and FAQs etc
- Assist with end-to-end campaign operations in close collaboration with key stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Risk, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, Business Intelligence etc.
- Assist with configuration of merchant and/or campaign comms as well as in-app promotions banner.
- Assist in campaign reporting specific to campaign communication efficacy for all campaign- related in-app comms (ie: push notification, pop-Up, EDM, promo banners etc) and optimize comms performance continuously based on reporting insights.
- Conduct necessary user survey or market research to understand market needs and consumer usage triggers for a loyalty program.
Requirements
- Undergraduate in Marketing/Communications with passion in e-wallet / fintech industry
- Independent, organized, driven and result oriented with strong interest to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill (preferably in both Eng and BM)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills combined with high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
