Digital Marketing

Job description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote F&B products, services, and events across various online channels, including social media, email, website, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other digital marketing assets to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage social media accounts and online communities, including content scheduling, moderation, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing strategies.
  • Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed to execute digital marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and implementing innovative strategies.


  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Art and Design or a related field.
