Contact Centre Executive
As Contact Centre Executive, you will be responsible for consistently delivering 24 hours superior customer experience to the bank's existing and potential customers.
Responsible for consistently delivering 24 hours superior customer experience to the bank's existing and potential customers by responding to enquiries and concerns relating to products and services provided by the bank.
- A recognised degree/diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Call Centre/Customer Service line
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shifts. Those who are willing to work on shifts will enjoy an attractive Contact Centre Allowance in addition to the Shift Allowance.
- Transport will be provided for those whose shifts end after 11p.m.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Mandarin speakers will be an added advantage
