Job Description

Vialto Partners is currently seeking qualified individuals for a 5 to 6 months internship.

You will receive in-depth, on the job training and experience by working with Vialto Partners tax and immigration professionals of all levels. As an intern, you will:
• Assist on tax and immigration compliance for territories such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, Malaysia or Switzerland
• Input information into tax or immigration portal
• Prepare tax computation, working paper and tax return
• Prepare visa application forms and working papers
• Provide other general global people solution services
• Learn and adhere to compliance matters

Qualifications

• Preferably 2nd or 3rd year university undergraduates
• Keen learner, Self-motivated and good team work
• Capable of adapting working under high pressure and tight deadlines
• Fluent English in reading and writing
• Good in analytical skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Respects and maintains confidentiality of client, staff and firm information.
• Knowledge of Japanese / Chinese / French language or good in using RPA will be an asset.

In October 2021, PwC announced the sale of its global mobility tax and immigration services business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) funds. Upon deal close, which is expected in the second quarter of 2022, the business will become an independent company called Vialto Partners.

CD&R is investing in the global mobility tax and immigration business, which will now be part of the CD&R portfolio.
