Job Scope

• Supervise and monitor mechanical and piping project work schedule, material, equipment and manpower requirement.
• To monitor the EPC contractor and subcontractor regarding QA/QC matters.
• To carry out shop inspection, final inspection and witness hydro-test such as pressure vessel, heat exchanger and piping work at contractor’s workshop and project side.
• Familiar of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR).
• Monitor all welding activities and review NDT report.
• Perform site inspection and quality check on
• Perform site inspection and quality check on piping, structural, mechanical equipment (pressure vessel, heat exchanger and pump leveling and alignment). 



  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably junior Inspector, technician or executives with working experiences in a live petrochemical plant.
  • Essential experience: Pressure Vessel Inspection, Welding Inspection and Piping Inspection
  • Preferable qualifications: API 510, API 570, Welding certification
