Job Scope  

  • Acquire and manage customer relationships by providing financial planning advice in a sales oriented environment. 
  • Manage customer relationships to increase the share of wallet under the "Farmer" concept. 
  • Provide financial planning advice to customers. 
  • Meet the budget for AUM and CUM. 
  • Take initiative and run activities to source leads. 
  • Keep abreast of customers’ needs, market trends, competitors' programme offers and activities for targeted customers regularly. 
  • Liaise with customers and convert leads to sales. 


  • Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM with 5 credits inclusive of Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics. 
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of working experience in a branch sales environment. 
  • Possess the compulsory licenses such as FIMM, PCE, CEILLI, IPPC, etc. 
  • Result oriented, passionate with marketing and willing to adopt to new things. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers. 
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to actively interact with all levels of customers
