To assist in the product development, product enhancements, implementation and product campaign ensure timely and efficient launch of new product, product enhancements or product campaigns.

Responsible for coordinating and administering zakat-related initiatives and community programmes to ensure effective distribution, compliance, and impact. The role supports organisational objectives by managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring Shariah compliance, and contributing to sustainable community development through structured zakat and community engagement programmes.

Digital Operations is a critical role in ensuring we have great customer experience in Claims Handling. This role will contribute to the best-in-class SOP (standard operating procedure) and policy while ensuring that claims are handled in the most efficient, effective way while delivering a customer-centric claims service.

Provide business development support by working closely with the agency members, sales team and superior to support assigned branches/region in handling product enquiry and clarification which includes providing product briefing and rapport building with producers and targeted agency.

Handle customers / agents enquiries regarding policy matters in a clear, accurate and timely manner for all channels.

To handle disputes on guarantee letters and medical claims and handle ad hoc tasks/ initiatives.

To assist the Integrated and Analytics Audit department in carrying out responsibility in providing an independent and objective assurance including consulting activities, which are designed to add value and improve the organisation's operation. The main role is to help achieve the Internal Audit's objectives by planning, organising, monitoring and directing the relevant audit assignments as planned out in the Annual Audit Plan including special reviews.

Support the development and execution of strategic Marketing initiatives that is aligned with the company’s strategic priorities and vision, increasing value to the company and its stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end administration of all corporate insurance policies, including renewals, coverage reviews, premium declarations and documentation.
